League of War: VR Arena announced for PS VR

Developer MunkyFun Games has taken to the Playstation Blog to announce that League of War: VR Arena will be heading to Playstation VR. An exact release date was not announced, but players can expect to get their hands on the title this fall.

Rock of Ages 2: Bigger and Boulder gets a PS4 Release Date

The super weird looking Rock of Ages 2: Bigger and Boulder has been given a release date of August 28th.

I am told that Rock of Ages 2 is part racing game, and part tower defense. But I honestly can't make heads or tails of the gameplay. Even still, I wish the developers the best of luck on launch!

New Aurora Skin Announced for Paragon

Glacial Empress Aurora will be available in Paragon when the update hits tomorrow. A price was not revealed, but I would estimate it will cost around $10 - $15.

The Division - Patch 1.7 Notes

Patch goes live tomorrow

General:

  • Blueprints are now shared across all characters on a same account.
  • Currencies are now shared across all characters on a same account.
  • Crafting materials are now shared across all characters on a same account.
  • After a Medkit cleanses a Status Effect, it will grant a temporary, three-second invulnerability to the cleansed Effect.
  • Fixed a bug where players could get the On Fire status effect even though they had 100% burn resistance. Note that players can still take damage from certain fire attacks, such as Cleaner flamethrowers.
  • Fixed a bug where players receiving a burn status effect right after throwing a grenade or throwable skill would disable the grenade or skill.
  • Fixed a bug where players could run faster than they should by spamming the sprint button.
  • Fixed gamepad maximum scope sensitivity being lower than intended. Maximum sensitivity is now the same as it was in 1.6.
  • Fixed a bug where a player would skip downed state and jump directly to dead state if killed after having pressed “give up” briefly during a previous revive attempt.

Re:Legend hit the base goal for funding early on, and has been knocking out stretch goals since then. The PS4 goal, which needed around $240,000, was met yesterday.

Those looking to help fund the game can do so for another 11 days.

Destiny 2 will partner with Virgin Media for an exclusive sparrow

The above image has been leaked a long with details revealing that Virgin Media customers will be able to obtain an exclusive Sparrow in Destiny 2. The site was quickly taken down, but many were able to screenshot the details before that happened.

There is a line when it comes to promotional stuff in video games, and this crossed it about a mile ago. If this is the direction video games are headed in, then I am going to be very concerned.
